3. In anticipation of the AGM, all members please be advised of the following:
a. Minutes of AGM 1/23 and Auditors’ Report would be distributed to all Members before 05 Oct 24.
b. Should there be any queries, issues or observations that require a deliberate response, please forward them to the President before 10 Oct 24.
4. As BHC is still in its infancy, it is envisaged that this meeting would serve as a good platform to air, share, discuss future strategies, ideas and other critical matters related to the club
5. The success of this AGM would very much depend on your kind attendance. Your presence is very much wanting, pivotal, as this would permit productive and quality discussions to ensure our club’s direction is aligned with our collective goals.
